Popular belief is that you can out exercise your diet plan.  Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss, and vice versa. The fact is, abs are made in the kitchen.  I will educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lifestyle and create an individualized plan to gain more energy, age more gracefully, sleep better as well as fat loss. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. 


Sports Nutrition

Proper nutrition is vital to an athlete's performance.  Supplying the body with nutrients before, during and after the work out, as well as in the recovery period between workouts can impact the quality of their training.  The timing and types of nutrition is key.   We provide the best nutrition as well as supplements that are Informed-Sport Certified. 

Detoxifying for Health

Detoxing will clear out toxins from your body and give your digestive system a break to heal and restore naturally, before introducing new eating habits and food. Your mentality and how you view food will drastically alter how effective weight loss and detox will work. Our goal is to set you up for success and shift the way you relate to food.

What is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN)?

Holistic Nutrition is a natural approach to health that uses evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle and detoxification. Instead of focusing on just one aspect of the person, or taking a one size fits all methodology.  Holistic nutrition evaluates the complete health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits and current diet habits of an individual to determine the root cause of his or her health issues.  RHN's help with cravings, mood/happiness, detoxification, disease prevention, sleep problems, low energy/fatigue, hormone issues and weight loss.  ​From there, the goal is to empower and educate the client into improving his or her health with the use of nutrient dense foods, natural supplementation and lifestyle recommendations.

About Alison Davies

As a busy mom of 2 teenage children, I know what it is like to be always on the go.  One is competitive in soccer, where proper nutrition is important for performance. The other has special needs, requiring it's own set of nutritional requirements.    

Nutrition has always been something that I have been interested in, as we all try to live a healthy lifestyle (most times).  After years of trying to lose the excess weight through diet and exercise, I was what I called the fittest fat person.  Despite the diets, exercise and personal trainers I had little or no results.  It was at this pivotal point that I went back to school to become a holistic nutritionist to truly understand my body and why I was forever "fluffy".  As a result, I now feel more energy than ever before and feel more alive now in my forties than in my twenties or thirties.  I wake up everyday excited to see what it will bring.

I am now passionate to help others feel amazing in their own skin and have more energy to enjoy life to the fullest.  We are meant to live with vitality until the day we die, not sickness and pain.  I know together we can achieve your health goals.
